Before they visit
A few things to know.
Does my dog need an assessment?
Yes. Every new boarding and daycare guest needs a successful two-hour temperament assessment before a reservation is confirmed. The assessment is free.
When can I drop off and pick up?
Schedule visits between 7 AM and 7 PM. Please pick up by 6:45 PM; the lobby locks at 7 PM. Holiday hours may differ, so confirm your times with our team.
How do holiday boarding rates work?
Holiday pricing applies for New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Pickup on a holiday makes the preceding night a holiday-rate night.
Is daycare available on weekends and holidays?
Weekend availability depends on the boarding calendar. Daycare is not available on holidays.
Can I add a bath or nail trim?
Yes. Ask about adding an exit bath or nail trim when you book your boarding or daycare visit. Bath pricing depends on your dog's size.
